Are you an experienced B2B sales professional with a passion for digital solutions and strong cold calling skills? Were looking for a B2B Digital Sales Specialist to join our growing international team and work with clients in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Perform outbound prospecting and cold calling to engage potential clients
- Manage and grow a pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification methodologies
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable digital solutions
- Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and excellent English (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
- Previous experience in tech or digital advertising environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Salary: 3,267 BGN gross
- Target Bonus: 2,000 BGN (quarterly, performance-based)
