Location: Stafford to Manchester (covering the North West, North Wales & Birmingham)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Business hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm)

As a Mobile Service Technician, you'll be the face of the business in the field—delivering expert service, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring equipment performs at its very best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, minimising customer downtime
  • Respond to breakdowns, including managing equipment swap-outs where required
  • Conduct regular customer visits, monitoring stock levels and usage
  • Deliver new equipment training and refresher sessions to customers
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and logs
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer insights to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and QHSES standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field-based or technical role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with high standards of quality
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and professionalism
  • An analytical mindset with good attention to data and reporting
  • Interest in the healthcare sector (desirable, but not essential)
