Role Overview:

The P&C Senior Advisor & Projects role combines business partnering and strategic project delivery to strengthen people outcomes across three business units, while ensuring consistent, robust talent, DE&I and engagement practices across the organisation.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, translating business priorities into practical people solutions, while also leading and delivering cross-P&C projects (including process standardisation, insights dashboards and early careers governance) that support a smooth separation and a high-performing, inclusive and engaged organization.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary P&C point of contact for GAM & GME business leaders and managers, ensuring end-to-end support and effective signposting to specialist teams as needed (Reward, ER, Talent, Mobility, Bonus Plans, etc.).
  • Coach managers through core people moments (performance, development, team effectiveness, capability gaps, change impacts).
  • Support organizational changes and workforce planning activities in line with governance and local requirements.
  • Project Delivery / Portfolio (Across Three Business Units)
  • Own and deliver a portfolio of P&C projects, ensuring clear scope, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across regions and stakeholders to ensure solutions are consistent, scalable and separation-ready.
  • Provide progress updates and concise decision materials for leadership/P&C governance forums.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful metrics and reporting, improving data quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify recurring issues and deliver improvements that reduce cycle time, rework and operational risk.

What you will have:

Significant experience in People & Culture / HR, ideally including:

  • advisory support to leaders and managers in a complex matrix organization
  • experience delivering P&C/HR projects or programs with measurable outcome
  • experience working across multiple countries/regions (Europe and/or META desirable)
  • Exposure to transformation, restructuring, integration/separation, or major change programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HR systems and data (Workday experience strongly preferred), with confidence handling reporting and process governance.
  • Experience engaging with Reward / Incentives processes is desirable.
  • Business partnering & coaching: trusted advisor, strong manager coaching capability, practical judgement
  • Project delivery: planning, milestones, risk management, stakeholder alignment, delivery discipline
  • Analytical thinking & insights: data fluency, dashboard mindset, ability to convert data into actions
  • Communication & influence: clear, concise and confident with senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively
  • Change agility: comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving contexts; solutions-oriented approach
  • Collaboration: builds strong networks across P&C and business teams; connects people and priorities
