The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Prioritize Continuous Improvement initiatives related to service delivery to mitigate risks
- Partner with business users/IT senior leaders to ensure deliverables are properly aligned with project roadmaps
- Balance demand and resources for short- and long-term budget planning
- Create an inclusive environment of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
- Create an inclusive environment across all aspects of the team
- Recommend resolution of technical problems based on root cause analysis
- Refine work estimates to ensure resource allocation is optimized
- Responsible for the overall management of the team and specific business applications (including technical designs)
- Provide leadership and handles all aspects of team management, including the development of employees
- Understand complexity of regulatory environment and ensures compliance
- Control success criteria from design through deployment for all non-functional requirements
- Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Inspires different approaches or ways of working.
- Inspires teams to constructively challenge established views.
- Presents information clearly in writing and orally in larger group settings.
- Convinces others on key topics by presenting persuasive arguments and alternative approaches.
