Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement

This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex systems and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and leaders who are invested in your development, while being encouraged to take ownership of your learning and performance.
What you’ll do:
- Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
- Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
- Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
- Work closely with your Territory Manager to plan and execute territory strategies
- Contribute to account planning and track performance against goals
- Prepare for cases, manage instruments and support accurate set logistics
- Stay across new technologies, techniques and industry developments
- Technically minded with the ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Experience creating, planning and executing structured plans
- Hungry to succeed and motivated by progress and results
- Strong at building rapport and influencing others
- Comfortable spending time in theatre environments
- Background in engineering, biomedical science, technology, healthcare or sales is highly regarded
