- Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
- Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
- Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of their territory and results.
- Are disciplined, competitive, and goal-driven.
- Confidently prospect, present, and close.
- Build trust quickly and develop long-term client partnerships.
- Use CRM tools and data to manage pipeline effectively.
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Nashville area.
- Preferred: Experience in outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials.
- 12-month ramp-up period with base salary + commission ($65,000-$75,000) to support you as you build your pipeline. After ramp, transition to a performance-driven 100% commission structure designed for high earners.
