Swiggy for Work (SFW) is Swiggy’s corporate meal benefits and expense management platform designed to help organizations digitize employee meal spending. The product enables companies to replace manual reimbursement processes with a seamless corporate wallet that employees can use directly on the Swiggy app for food delivery and dining out.
Alongside this, Swiggy also offers corporate gift cards and vouchers that companies use for employee rewards, recognition programs, festive gifting, and marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a high-ownership Enterprise Sales Manager to drive adoption of Swiggy for Work and Swiggy Gift Cards across corporates in India. This role involves building relationships with HR, Admin, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders and driving end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
The ideal candidate is comfortable selling B2B SaaS / employee benefits / corporate gifting solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for Swiggy for Work and Swiggy Gift Cards across target segments.
- Build and manage a pipeline of HR, Admin, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
- Understand organizational meal policies, travel use cases, employee benefits programs, and corporate gifting needs.
- Position Swiggy for Work as a solution that simplifies reimbursements and improves employee experience.
- Position Swiggy Gift Cards as a flexible reward and engagement tool for occasions such as employee rewards, festive gifting, incentives, and customer campaigns.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders including CHROs, Admin Heads, Finance teams, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
- Work closely with internal teams across product, operations, and account management to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to expand usage within existing accounts.
- Drive adoption across multiple use cases such as office meals, travel meals, client meetings, team events, corporate dining, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Scale corporate gifting programs during key occasions such as festivals, employee milestones, and company-wide reward programs.
- Consistent achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets across Swiggy for Work and Gift Cards.
- Strong pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- High activation and usage of Swiggy for Work across onboarded organizations.
- Growth in corporate gifting partnerships and repeat usage of Swiggy Gift Cards.
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales.
- Experience selling to HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement, or Marketing stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in employee benefits, fintech, expense management, corporate gifting, or HR tech is a plus.
- Opportunity to build a new B2B business line within Swiggy.
