The Role
Reporting to MomentIQ's VP of Strategy
Our Brand Partnerships Managers are the sales engines that drive brands through the funnel. Every day, brands of all sizes and product categories are referred to MomentIQ amidst their search for their next chapter of TikTok Shop growth. These brand leads automatically hit the calendars of one of our Brand Partnerships Managers, who guides each brand through the sales cycle for MomentIQ to take on powering their next chapter of GMV growth, or to cold start them on the platform from zero.
In these cycles, our brand partnerships managers provide each brand an education of the fundamentals of the US TikTok Shop ecosystem, as well as build each brand a TikTok Shop campaign strategy that's specific to their stage of growth, needs, and brand guidelines.
As lead volume continues to ramp aggressively, so to does our brand partnerships team.
We're looking for an individual that exudes happiness, passion, and that knows the TSP side of TikTok Shop.
This position will be a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. We're flexible on remote, but prefer team members be LA-based so they can attend in-person events like our creator LIVE showcases. This ecosystem hits different when you can drop by the office on a Tuesday and see an MIQ creator move $250,000 in GMV in a single LIVE.
Requirements
- TikTok Shop Partner Agency Background - Have experience working with a leading TikTok Shop Partner agency. Only exception here is if you're running TikTok Shop marketing for a brand moving $1M+/month
- 3 to 5 years of influencer marketing agency experience
- Be playing in the big leagues - Used to working with and deploying 6-figure to 7-figure influencer marketing campaign budgets
- Love what you do - Have as big of a passion for building and executing campaigns (and companies) as we do.
- Be ecstatic about the idea of changing your life with 3-5 years of grinding and building - excited about the idea of the next few years being a grind with long hours, in exchange for learning how to create companies at the biggest scale and a massive equity payout if this continues going as it seems to be going
- Be even more humble than you are great at this - You'll working with some of the best company builders from several different industries during this journey. You're expected to be an in-depth expert in this space, but also check your ego at the door and be ready to learn on a more wholistic level.
