We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.
This is a salary + commission-based role, offering strong earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. $80k-$100k

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion
- Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion
- Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations
- Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue
- Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong sales mentality with the ability to recommend and close additional services
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven ability to navigate customer concerns and service recovery situations with confidence and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Solid computer skills and ability to navigate service systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work closely with technicians and leadership
- Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred
- Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus
- Automotive or service industry background preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
