Russian - International Telephonic/Video Remote Interpreters

Overview:As an audio and video remote Interpreter for Russian with LSA's IRIS platform, you will be a key member of our team in facilitating language communication on a variety of assignments while having the chance to utilize the most advanced technology in the language services industry.Responsibilities:

• Interpret through web-based system
• Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
• Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
• Provide superior customer service

Qualifications/Experience:

• Full fluency in both English and Russian
• Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
• Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
• Familiarity working in a windows environment (preferred)
• Experience with VRI systems(preferred)
• PC Trouble shooting skills (preferred)
• Previous interpreting experience (preferred)

• High speed internet (5 Mbps Download / 5 Mbps Upload)
