Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for acquiring customer projects and managing and creating your own accounts/customers in Europe.
- You will be the central point of contact for decision-makers and stakeholders at the customer's site in order to identify strategies and goals, and you will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship of trust and acceptance as the main negotiating partner.
- You will improve IAV's positioning and increase its attractiveness in new business areas and existing business.
- You will develop a sales and development strategy for customers, evaluate its effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.
- You will identify, coordinate, and communicate key sales opportunities, evaluate customer satisfaction data, and coordinate follow-up measures.
- You will monitor the market and competition and maintain the acquisition tool.
- You will manage bids and commercial negotiations, coordinate cross-divisional offers, and act as the approval authority in line with the agreed customer strategy and marketability.
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration and professional experience in the automotive/supply industry
- Proven sales experience, strong organizational skills, good business knowledge, and experience in service sales
- Experience in dealing with customers at various levels
- Willingness to take on sales responsibility for assigned customers
- Expertise in drafting service contracts and preparing complex quotations, as well as in negotiating services and large-scale projects in the automotive and supplier industry
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Persuasive and assertive personality, ability to work in a team, and willingness to cooperate
- Strategic thinking, coupled with a strong desire to implement ideas
