How You Will Make An Impact
- Take ownership of day-to-day delivery and operational execution, actively managing sprint and delivery activities while partnering closely with Product Managers to ensure seamless product delivery
- Drive performance excellence through detailed delivery planning, release scheduling, and continuous process improvement across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Product Development, and business stakeholders
- Design and implement standard Agile practices and delivery processes that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and team predictability while respecting product context and maturity
- Foster strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans
- Champion consistent operational excellence by removing impediments, managing dependencies, and stepping in during critical delivery moments to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Lead post-release reviews and retrospectives focused on meaningful, actionable improvements that raise the overall delivery bar across teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, or a related field
- 5+ years in Product Delivery or Agile delivery lead roles with experience in release/deployment coordination preferred
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology administration and management
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners
- Proven ability to manage complex product delivery in enterprise environments with strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work directly with key stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge, focusing on collaboration and education
- Experience facilitating sprints end-to-end, from backlog readiness through sprint execution, review, and retrospective
- Valid Driver's License
