What You'll Do
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Handle service tickets, customer paperwork, and dealer transactions
- Perform general office duties (filing, data entry, organization)
- Support daily dealership operations as needed
- Strong communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Flexible schedule (including evenings and Saturdays)
- High School Diploma or GED required
