For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager ERP Oracle/SAP (Order Transformation) (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving and leading project teams while collaborating with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth and timely delivery across all project phases, including:

• Development of business cases, including value assessment and ROI analysis
• Definition and implementation of Target Operating Models covering processes, data, governance, tools/solutions, and organizational structures
• Evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and solutions
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Preparation and execution of change management activities
• Management of stabilization phases, validation of project achievements, and project sign-off activities
• Coordination of cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Experience within Human Capital / HR transformation environments
• Strong global communication skills in English; Japanese is considered a plus
• Diversity & Inclusion management experience or awareness
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Solid project management expertise, including experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills

Preferred Skills

• Change Management experience
• Agile, Scrum Master, or Product Owner experience/knowledge
• Business Architecture experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital, Engineering, or a comparable field
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other business/process analysis certifications are a plus
