Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager — IN OFFICE | Boca Raton, FL

About the Role

We are a 10-year-old brand that operates with startup energy — and we are looking for someone to build one of the strongest creator programs in the jewelry space.

This is not a typical 9-5. Creators will text you 365 days a year — all hours of the day. You must reply. If that sounds exhausting, this is not the right fit. If it sounds exciting, keep reading.

You will report directly to the founder and own both the growth and day-to-day management of our creator partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and grow existing creator and influencer partnerships

• Bring new creator talent onboard every week — consistently

• Manage creator outreach at scale using Euka AI, our platform for mass creator outreach and management, alongside ShopMy

• Drive performance across TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships

• Operate at the speed of a startup with the resources of an established brand

What You Need

• 5+ years of experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliates — required

• Proven TikTok Shop experience — required

• Experience with Euka AI — required

• Experience with ShopMy — required

• Brand experience — required

• D2C experience — required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts, tight timelines, and constant change

• Availability and responsiveness outside standard business hours — this is non-negotiable

Creators do not clock out, and neither will you. You will receive messages at all hours, 365 days a year. This is not a perk of the job — it is the job.

This feels like a startup. It is not. We have been building for 10 years. The pace is intense because the opportunity is real.
