Role Description

BAJÍO Sunglasses is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Director of Sales. They will work closely with all members of the sales team and help facilitate communication of sales performance, marketing support issues and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Organization skills
• Excellent on the phone with customers, sales reps and vendors
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating across teams within the company
• Proficient problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales operations management is preferred.
• Passion for fishing, the outdoors, and sustainability is highly valued.
