We are partnering with a leading private equity firm to hire an Administrative Assistant to support their investment team.


The position is based onsite five days a week in Boca Raton, FL and offers a base salary up to $70K plus bonus and 100% employer paid benefits, 401k with match, and competitive PTO package.


Key responsibilities include:


• Coordinating meetings for investment professionals

• Managing complex calendars across multiple time zones

• Handling meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups

• Tracking meetings and maintaining internal systems

• Coordinating conferences, travel, and itineraries

• Assisting with expenses, office coordination, and ad hoc projects


Qualifications:


• Prior experience in an administrative role, financial services preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
