This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abbotsford, BC, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves building relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, assisting with strategic business planning, and collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. The Business Development Manager will be integral to expanding Pavilion Business Services’ presence in the market and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Experience in creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, including campaign collaboration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning as a team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions or business consulting is beneficial.
