About Indie Health Indie Health is the front desk operating system for independent healthcare practices. We replace legacy tools with a modern stack: VoIP infrastructure, an AI co-pilot, and autonomous agents built for the clinical front desk. We're early, moving fast, and already in market with paying customers and rapidly expanding pipeline.


The Role This isn't a seat-filling SDR job. You'll work directly with the Founder/CEO to source, qualify, and shape opportunities from first touch through close. High ownership, high intensity, real hunting — with a clear path to full-cycle selling in 6–9 months.


What You'll Do

  • Run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn — volume and quality
  • Have real discovery conversations with SMB healthcare operators
  • Work warm pipeline from our owned newsletter (1,300+ subscribers) and referral motion
  • Iterate on messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy
  • Run pipeline in HubSpot with disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Sit on deals end-to-end alongside the CEO


You're a fit if you:

  • Have 6–12 months of SDR experience and have consistently hit quota
  • Feel underutilized or capped at your current company
  • Are a strong communicator, especially on the phone
  • Have high urgency, high ownership, and a competitive edge
  • Are based in NYC (or willing to be in-office)
  • Bonus: Healthcare background, experience at high-performing software organizations, or early AI adopter.
