- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Manage candidate feedback and communication, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment documentation.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
