As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Sunday Labs, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team. You will utilize your expertise in recruitment, proficiency in MS Excel, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and proficiency in MS Office and English (both written and spoken) to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Manage candidate feedback and communication, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment documentation.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
