Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive growth, conversion, and customer experience for our D2C business. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across website /app, focusing on user journeys, funnel optimization, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership
- Own D2C product roadmap aligned with business goals (revenue, CAC, LTV)
- Manage website/app experience (landing → checkout → post-purchase)
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze funnel metrics (traffic → add-to-cart → checkout → purchase)
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Optimize PDP, cart, checkout flows
- Growth & Retention
- Work on retention strategies (repeat purchase, subscriptions, loyalty)
- Improve customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, reactivation)
- Partner with CRM team for campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push)
- Data & Analytics
- Track key KPIs: Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, LTV, retention rate
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Translate data into actionable product decisions
- Martech & Integrations
- Work with tools like Shopify / custom CMS
- Integrate payment gateways, logistics, analytics, CRM tools
- Improve performance (page speed, mobile UX)
- Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and customer support
- Align product initiatives with business priorities
- 3+ years in Product Management (D2C/ e-commerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of D2C funnels and metrics
- Experience with A/B testing and CRO
- Analytical mindset with hands-on data tools experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Experience in high-growth startups or consumer brands
- Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data tools
- Environment: Office setting
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
