KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and establish new partnerships across banking, retail, automotive, and digital platforms
- Structure mutually beneficial commercial agreements to drive sustainable growth
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle from origination to execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor products and systems to partner requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms with a focus on profitability and long-term value
- Build and manage a robust deal pipeline and report progress regularly
- Monitor market trends and identify innovative distribution opportunities
- Ensure activation and performance of partnerships post-contract
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in business development, partnerships, or corporate sales
- Industry Exposure: Insurance, banking, or fintech preferred
- Competencies: Strategic thinking, negotiation, deal structuring, and stakeholder management
- Language: Strong English proficiency required
