该职位来源于猎聘 Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market As the bridge between product, operations, and revenue generation, Sales Enablement & Go-To-Market (GTM) specialists will be responsible for equipping our sales organization with the strategic narrative, data-backed insights, and operational tools necessary to unlock new suppliers and help scale existing suppliers on our Managed Service Programs. Specifically this person will be the key point of contact for our WGS sales team ensuring they stay up to date on all sales enablement key asks, have the right information to deliver results, and are driving the right efforts forward. They will also be responsible for being the WGS voice within the Program & Ops team, surfacing key insights, asks, and blockers as they arise. The scope of this role will include all programs, WSP, WSD, WSS, PLA, and Banner Display. What you’ll Do: Commercial GTM Strategy: Define the commercial path for driving demand and adoption of new ad products (e.g., video, Meta, WSD), including supplier target lists, market positioning, and basic revenue target ownership. Training & sales positioning: Design and deliver continuous learning material to ensure the sales team remains expert in the evolving programs, including any unique competitive positioning that will resonate with our global seller base Develop sales strategies & enablement material: that can be shared globally to help drive adoption of our managed service programs Cross-functional collaboration: Ensure tight alignment between our domestic and Global sales team. Voice of the Global sellers: Provide insights and surfacing key information to the Program and product teams to ensure enablement & operations meet the needs of our global sellers Ad Operations About the Role: Advertising Operations Account Manager to manage Banner Display campaigns from start to finish. This includes setting up campaigns, monitoring performance, and making improvements when needed. You’ll also work with Advertising Sales Account Managers to align on strategy, performance, and changes needed. Responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly for Wayfair Global Sellers participating in Banner Display. What You'll Do: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, trafficking, performance reporting, and optimization. Implement campaign optimization strategies with a focus on improving ad performance and supplier satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and service levels to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and continuously refine best practices to support the successful launch and long-term success Own and track key performance metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness and impact of your campaigns and strategies. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and meet supplier goals. What You’ll Need 3-8 years of relevant experience in performance advertising and ad program GTM working with client/supplier-facing teams. Preferred with Ecommerce platform operation background. Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and desire to exceed client expectations An inherent self starter mentality that excels in a fast paced work environment An ability to prioritize across short term and long term goals Strong analytical and data visualization skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Advanced Microsoft Office & G-Suite skills, with a particularly strength in Excel/GSheets
