Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Experience Required: 3–10 Years


About the Role

Kalka Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across its schools and colleges. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in educational marketing, brand building, admissions campaigns, digital outreach, partnerships, and on-ground promotions.


This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities who can enhance brand visibility, drive student admissions, and strengthen the institution’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for schools and colleges under the group

• Plan and execute admission campaigns to drive inquiries and enrollments

• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, paid campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and website coordination

• Coordinate branding, promotional activities, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and outreach programs

• Build partnerships with educational consultants, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations

• Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional content

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance

• Manage vendor coordination for printing, media, events, and branding requirements

• Collaborate closely with management, academic teams, and admissions departments

• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and admissions-driven campaigns

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in handling ATL/BTL activities and institutional branding

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

• Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms, and marketing tools


Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
