Role Description

We are looking for a high-performance marketer who understands scale, numbers, consumer psychology & profitable growth.

This is not a basic ads management role.

We want someone who can handle large monthly budgets, optimize CAC aggressively & drive strong ROAS across channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end performance marketing across Meta, Google & other paid channels
  • Manage and scale high ad spends with strong efficiency
  • Drive customer acquisition with sharp focus on CAC, ROAS & LTV
  • Build full-funnel growth strategies for B2C/D2C audiences
  • Optimize campaigns continuously based on data & performance insights
  • Work closely with creative, content & product teams for high-converting campaigns
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Build audience segmentation, retargeting & conversion journeys
  • Track attribution, analytics & performance metrics deeply
