Key Responsibilities

1.Market Resource Development

• Develop high-quality property resources including office buildings, shopping malls, and high-end residential compounds; negotiate advertising space cooperation in elevators and public areas.

2.Media Site Implementation

• Coordinate with property owners and installation teams to promote the access and installation of advertising equipment (frame media, digital screens, etc.), ensuring on-time project launch.

3.Business Negotiation & Contract Management

• Lead business negotiations with property owners, finalize contracts, and ensure terms are reasonable, compliant, and in the company’s best interests.

4.Client Relationship Maintenance

• Conduct regular follow-ups with cooperative properties, resolve issues during cooperation, maintain good partnerships, and improve renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

5.Data Recording & Target Achievement

• Systematically record development data, submit regular work reports, and analyze conversion rates, cost-effectiveness, and resource quality.

Requirements

• College diploma or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Media, etc. are preferred.
• Experience in property cooperation, business development, advertising sales, or real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural collaboration awareness.
