Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist / Office Junior located in the Burbank area. The role involves managing front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering and redirecting calls, and addressing general inquiries. Additional duties will include organizing documents, managing clerical tasks, managing consumables and stationary, and providing all round general junior office assistance. This is an entry level position but with a strong vertical into concert touring, design, event production or any other area that 1826 lives within.

Qualifications

• Be a self starter, have good social skills and realise that hard work is the way to move ahead.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills for handling office tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Professional and welcoming demeanor
• Familiarity with office equipment and software tools is a plus

Salary: $21.00 - $25.00/hour DOE
