Pre-Sales Support Consultant – ERP/CRM Solutions
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Support Consultant with previous experience in ERP/CRM implementation and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, business process understanding, and the ability to support the sales team in delivering effective ERP solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements and map them with ERP/CRM solutions.
- Conduct ERP/CRM product demos and presentations for prospective clients.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales discussions and client meetings.
- Prepare functional documents, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams for requirement analysis.
- Provide functional consultation and answer client queries during the sales cycle.
- Assist in creating workflows, use cases, and solution strategies.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in ERP/CRM implementation and pre-sales activities.
- Experience in conducting ERP/CRM demos and client presentations.
- Good understanding of business processes such as HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements quickly.
- Basic technical knowledge and coordination skills.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / MBA preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in ERP/CRM domain.
