Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services offered by ProPlus Logics.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience or strong interest in sales and business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software Services sales.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes.
