  • To build this platform foundation, Yavar is looking for a Founding Platform Engineer who will architect and build the core platform infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in shaping the technical backbone of Yavar’s AI ecosystem.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in handling client escalations and post-production support.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability, resolving production issues, and delivering high-quality solutions while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams.
  • You will work closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML engineers to build reliable, high-performance applications that deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations post-production deployment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, DevOps, and design teams.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
  • Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of applications in production.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development and production support roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and React.js.
  • Proven experience in handling client-facing roles, especially managing escalations and critical incidents.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment pipelines.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, event-driven architecture).
  • Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered applications or data-driven systems.
