Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICT transition, cutover and go‑live planning for BBHR
- Coordinate multi‑team deployments and transition governance
- Manage readiness, risks, dependencies and acceptance activities
- Partner with service management on support and handover models
- Coordinate early life support and transition to BAU
- Align transition activities with change, training and communications
- Degree in IT or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in ICT transition, cutover or operational readiness
- Proven delivery of go‑live and service handover activities
- Strong coordination across technical and operational teams
- Clear communicator with strong risk and dependency management skills
