Head of Awareness Programs – Entrepreneurial Activation (all genders)

Within your first months, you will take responsibility for the operational setup and development of the Awareness portfolio, identify opportunities in the current landscape, and work with partners across the ecosystem to build an effective, integrated, and scalable system for entrepreneurial activation.
- Design and implement high-impact formats (e.g. innovative course, new student challenges), including adapting international best practices to the regional ecosystem
- Collaborate with faculties and academic stakeholders to integrate formats into study programs and enable cross-disciplinary, cross-university offerings
- Coordinate recognition and incentive structures (e.g. certificates) to increase engagement
- Ensure continuous improvement of all Awareness formats through close stakeholder alignment
- Connect participants and ideas to downstream programs (Pre-Incubation, Incubation) and help build a strong, continuous venture pipeline
- A strong understanding of entrepreneurship, early-stage venture development, and research-based innovation
- Experience working at the interface of academia, startups, and industry
- Ability to translate ideas into concrete formats with a strong sense for what makes them engaging and effective
- Ability to take ownership of programs or initiatives, ensuring delivery, prioritization, and continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and confidence in working with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, professors, researchers, and administration in universities
- Ability to connect people to foster collaboration across disciplines and academic organizations
- Interest in technical and scientific fields (e.g. green technologies, life sciences, AI)
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Familiarity with academic environments, including curricula and institutional structures
- Experience in early-stage support formats, such as student-led initiatives, pre-incubators, or incubation programs
- Exposure to international entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems in an academic or university context
