As the Partner Delivery Lead, you will be the operational mastermind behind the educational partner-facing programs. You will own the program management of the vendor-supported initiatives, from scaled training camps to partner center livestreams and beyond. Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s end-to-end vendor operations, including staffing, capacity, and logistics. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendor leadership to ensure all volume, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and quality goals are met.
- Oversee the comprehensive program management of Camps and Partner Center, ensuring a seamless bridge between the team’s strategic plans and flawless, on-the-ground execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows to elevate the educational experience for partners and meet rigorous execution standards.
- Own the operational budget and resource allocation for vendor programs. Manage operating expenses, oversee complex staffing requirements, and rigorously track execution against planned spend to ensure maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
