Overhead Door Company of Colorado Springs™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Business Development Sales Representative to support the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Job Responsibilites
- Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
- Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Colorado Springs, CO and the surrounding areas
- Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
- Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree, highly preferred. HS Diploma or GED at a minimum
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on B2B customers such as hospitals, schools, and municipalities
- Prefer a minimum of two (2) years outside sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with contacts, internal and external, at all levels and possess a high sense of urgency with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems preferred
