The Salesforce Administrator will play a key role in supporting users, implementing system improvements, and managing projects from concept through deployment. The position involves a mix of system support, solution design, and project coordination, ensuring Salesforce continues to evolve to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring testing and production environments remain reliable and consistent.
- Manage administrative functions including user setup, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Build and maintain automations using flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Design solutions and integrations using Salesforce's native capabilities to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Salesforce issues reported by end users.
- Manage system changes including architecting, testing, and deploying updates from staging to production.
- Document processes, policies, and system configurations.
- Conduct user training and maintain training documentation to support adoption and system updates.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new platform functionality
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration including page layouts, user permissions, and system configuration
- Familiarity with Visualforce and Apex is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset
