We’re Hiring || Assistant Operations Manager (Domestic Fintech Process)


  • Process: Fintech
  • Shifts: Rotational
  • Working Days: 6 days a week


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve KPIs & SLAs
  • Drive performance metrics – Quality, Productivity, CSAT & Compliance
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions & performance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to process guidelines and regulatory norms
  • Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports


Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • Experience in BFSI process (Banking/Financial Services/Insurance preferred)
  • Strong people management & team handling experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
