  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, priorities, and critical engagements with a strategic approach
  • Ensure effective follow-ups on action items, decisions, and leadership directives
  • Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on behalf of the Chairman
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft and review professional communications, reports, and presentations
  • Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and discretion
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Chairman on key initiatives and decisions
  • Conduct business analysis, market research, and data-driven insights to support strategic planning
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews
  • Track and monitor key business metrics, performance indicators, and project progress
  • Drive and monitor special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Chairman
  • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across functions
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and execution across departments

  • Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience, preferably in business analysis, consulting, or executive support roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
  • Proven ability to work with senior leadership / C-suite stakeholders
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus
  • Experience in a corporate or multinational environment
  • Aviation or Airline experience preferably as a cabin crew is mandatory.
