Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You’ll work directly with operations and finance teams to understand how decisions on the plant floor translate into real financial outcomes.

Job Description

• Analyze production and operational costs to identify trends and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare cost reports and performance summaries for leadership.
• Assist in developing cost estimates for manufacturing processes and projects.
• Partner with operations teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Contribute to capital expenditure planning and business cases.
• Perform ad hoc financial and data analysis for plant leadership.

Position Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments (internship or full-time).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus, not required).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
