Our ideal candidate is a Senior Manager with experience in the management of retail/convenience and fast food outlets to join our team. Strong experience in managing fast food outlets would be considered to be a distinct advantage.
This senior management role will also involve responsibility for ensuring compliance in relation to fresh food, hygiene, health & safety on site and will support the department management teams in the day to day operation of the business.
Monread Fare onsite provides a Spar and Texaco Shop/Fuel/Off licence, Chopped, Zambrero, Papa John's/Chick Guys, Insomnia and Griolladh.

- To develop a system and culture of forecasting likely peak demand period/times, i.e. concerts, sporting events, etc. which will increase motorway traffic.

- To develop a strong management structure and in particular work closely with and develop the incumbents of the key management and supervisory on the site
- Responsible for training staff in line with HR in the Support Office.
- Responsible for taking the lead and proactively managing key HR matters, including recruitment, training and performance management.
- Responsible for ensuring general up keep and appearance of site.
- Responsible for Health & Safety on site.
- Legal compliance for both staff and site.
- The ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing retail environment.
- Be a strong leader with a excellent background in grocery/retail/ fast food/forecourt management - minimum of 3 years management experience
