A well-established and growing Irish business group is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join its finance team based in Naas.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a busy accounts function, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain supplier invoice and credit databases across multiple companies
- Manage company credit card reconciliations
- Assist with monthly payment runs
- Handle daily supplier queries and calls professionally
- Enter and reconcile bank payment transactions
- Perform supplier and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Process non-supplier payments
- Administer fuel cards and toll tags
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries
- Manage accounts email inbox
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Assist with audit preparation
- Support the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
(1-hour lunch break)
