Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sales person to join our Iraq team. In this role, you will be responsible for field sales activities, focusing on supporting our distributors and expanding our retail footprint in hardware and tool stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-ground sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist importers/distributors in expanding secondary distribution channels.

2. Maintain good relationships with distributors and retail stores, and provide timely feedback on market conditions.

3. Promptly report and address customer after-sales issues.

4. Assist sales leaders in developing annual sales plans for clients, and recommend reorders based on clients' purchase, stock, and sales ratios.

5. Follow up on client payments.


Requirements:

3-5+ years of sales experience in power tools or home appliance industries.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Fluent in both English and Arabic.
