🔍 What you’ll do
- Managing the full sales cycle for top target accounts, from lead qualification to deal closure, under the guidance of senior Account Executives.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, Marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Presenting product value to prospective clients, collaborating with Sales Engineers to demonstrate how our SaaS solutions meet their needs.
- Learning and applying the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify leads and provide accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce.
- Gathering customer requirements, understanding their business challenges, and aligning solutions to their needs with support from senior team members.
- Collaborating with marketing and partner teams to execute strategies that maximise lead generation and sales opportunities.
- 0–2 years of experience in SaaS sales (SDR, BDR, or Junior AE)
- Strong interest in consultative selling
- Ability to manage shorter sales cycles independently
- Structured way of working and strong follow-up discipline
- Motivation to grow into a full-cycle strategic AE
- Curiosity about HR-tech / workforce management
- Working with Workforce Management / HCM / Talent Management / Payroll or other related SaaS software;
- Having knowledge of sales methodologies. An understanding of the MEDDPICC sales methodology would be advantageous
- Experience in frontline work, such as Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, etc.
