Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Gold customers
- Build strong relationships with affluent clients and understand their financial needs
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective cross-selling and up-selling of banking products
- Promote products including:
Credit Cards
Personal Loans
CASA Accounts
Insurance
Investments & Wealth products
Bancassurance solutions
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain long-term client engagement
- Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations and internal policies
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and business growth
Qualifications
- 2-10 years' of client relationship experience
- Strong experience in cross-selling banking products
- Mandatory certification:
SCA Certification
CISI Certification
