Primary Duties
- Community Enhancement
- Responsible for the recruitment, selection, and evaluation process for Residence Hall Association
- Serve on IMPACT training committee to contribute to the training for resident assistants and residence hall association

- Masters degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling or related field.
- Prior residence hall experience preferred.
- Teaching experience preferred.
- Pending graduates eligible if candidate receives their degree by date of employment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse student populations.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and empower others.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities to address resident concerns and conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of student housing policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This is not a live-on campus role.
