Sr. Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee completion of project
• Supervise and mentor a team of project managers, fostering professional development and effective teamwork.
• Performance Evaluation - Conduct regular performance reviews for project managers, providing feedback and setting goals for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic objectives for project delivery that align with the company's overall goals.
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Progress Reporting - Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Documentation Management - Oversee the proper documentation of project plans, contracts, change orders, invoices, Pay Apps, and reports to ensure clarity / validation of company policies and legal compliance.
• Client Relations - Serve as a point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
• Client Communication - Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
