We’re a tight-knit team on track to double our sales volume in 2026. We’re looking for an Associate Team Agent to help us get there — someone hungry to grow, willing to be coached, and ready to perform at a high level.

We’ll give you the tools, coaching, and support to take your business from good to great. But it won’t be easy. Our team lead Josh, has a clear vision, strategy, and marketing plan — and we expect everyone on the team to show up, take ownership, and treat every client’s investment like their own.

We’re not just trying to recruit an agent. We’re looking for the right person to be part of the family.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed: 1–2+ years with an active Texas real estate license
• Producing: $1M–$4M in annual volume
• Local: Lives or works on the north side of Houston — Spring, Conroe, The Woodlands, Tomball, or Magnolia
• Hungry to grow: Has the desire and some experience sourcing and working leads, and wants to learn how to do it well
• CRM-competent: Basic understanding of how a CRM works and willing to use one consistently
• Comfortable on camera: At ease with social media, photo, and video
• Polished: Well-presented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ownership mindset: Treats every client’s investment like their own

Compensation: $120,000 yearly at plan commission
