Strategic Accounts Manager

Location: Hybrid

Compensation: Uncapped Commission | Realistic Earnings: $70,000 – $150,000+

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Strategic Accounts Manager to develop and manage relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate partners. This role focuses on selling property management solutions while ensuring excellent client service and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and close new business opportunities with property owners and investors
  • Sell property management solutions including:
  • Property Management Services
  • Continuity Management Services
  • Local Agent in Charge Services
  • Residential Rental Property Renovation & Repair Services
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct site checks to ensure services and projects are completed properly
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
  • Property management, real estate, or related industry experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a hybrid environment
Compensation
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Realistic earnings: $70,000 – $150,000+ annually
