The Role:

We are strengthening our Supply Chain organization to support continued growth and operational scalability. We are looking for a Planning Lead who can drive planning discipline, lead cross-functional alignment, and ensure reliable execution across demand, supply, and materials.

This is a hybrid role that combines team leadership, decision-making, and hands-on execution, playing a key role in stabilizing and scaling our planning processes. The position will be critical in enabling visibility, improving inventory performance, and supporting the company's expansion.

The role

We are strengthening our Supply Chain organization to support continued growth and operational scalability. We are looking for a Procurement Manager who will lead the purchasing function, ensuring reliable supply, strong supplier partnerships, and cost optimization across the business.

This is a high-impact role with a strong strategic focus, responsible for defining sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and mitigating supply risks, while ensuring operational continuity through effective team execution.

Responsabilitiies:

• Lead the end-to-end procurement function, ensuring continuity of supply across all materials and services.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies by category (raw materials, packaging, and services).
• Lead supplier negotiations, securing competitive pricing, terms, and commercial conditions.
• Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring performance in cost, quality, and service.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to strengthen competitiveness and reduce risk.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and savings plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and pricing dynamics to support procurement decisions.
• Anticipate and mitigate supply risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification.
• Collaborate closely with Planning and Operations to align procurement with demand and supply strategies.
• Establish and monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, lead times, risk exposure).
• Ensure proper execution of purchasing processes through the team, including purchase orders and system control.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, tools, and data visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and managing commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and categories.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Professional English proficiency. 
  

Desired:

• Experience in CPG, food, pharma, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in international sourcing or import processes.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and pricing models.
• Experience developing supplier strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools (Excel advanced, Power BI).
• Experience working cross-functionally with planning, operations, and logistics teams.
