Role Description

This is either a full-time role or part time role for an Account Executive, based in Dallas, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, fostering collaborations between clients and internal teams, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential to ensure client needs are met in alignment with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Experience in account management, client relations, and project coordination
• Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills necessary to collaborate with customers and internal teams
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects
• Relevant experience in the print and packaging, industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and book of business you can bring to our company.
