JOB PURPOSE

A performance and investment reporting professional responsible for supporting financial and investment performance management through data analysis, KPI tracking, benchmarking, and consolidated reporting. The role contributes to enhancing business performance by providing analytical insights, supporting strategic planning initiatives, coordinating with auditors during reporting cycles, and driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and performance analytics across the organization’s investment portfolio.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the financial and investment data and relevant information to Manager Performance Management & Reporting to participate in driving business performance.

• identifying areas of improvements and concerns in business operational areas to provide appropriate business recommendations and resolve operational shortcomings.

• Support in the improvement of the performance database to improve understanding of the key determinants of success for OIA.

• Support performance measurement, KPI tracking, and benchmarking across the investment portfolio.

• Analyze returns, attribution, and risk metrics to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

• Act as Focal point with the internal/external auditors on a regularly basis during periodical financial reporting to ensure a smooth, accurate, and timely reporting.

• Prepare the monthly consolidated reports that provide detailed information about OIA’s performance to ensure proper review of accounts for appropriate transactions.

• Comply with the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.

• Comply with all relevant health, safety, and quality requirements, in order to guarantee employee safety and legislative compliance.

• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘leading best practices’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.


Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant field


Professional Qualifications

CFA (or progress) highly desirable

6 to 8 years of related experience
